Let us start by saying, today has been the day that no one ever wishes for. It's been So Very Hard on us all. And it has been heart wrenching.
We Lost Snowstorm this morning around 8:45 am.
He was still at UGA in the ICU. We hoped that he would get better. But truly, in our hearts, we knew he wanted to leave. This picture was one of his last. In his most favorite place, His pasture.
A Huge Thank you to the people that have prayed and supported him and us thru this. The Vets, Mentors, fellow farmers, his owners before, friends and even a few farm visitors. We can not thank you all enough.
He was Loved well by many and we will All Miss him a Great deal. ... See MoreSee Less
Sorry to hear. Snowstorm left wonderful genes in our herd. I am sure he has in your herd as well.
I am one of many that loved him too.... I like to think me and Melissa were his absolute favorite humans, especially Melissa - of course. He could not have been in better hands this past week - bless you both for all you did helping him. ❤️
This picture says it all...he has gone to the light!
You guys gave him the best care anyone could. May he pronk in the green pastures over the rainbow bridge and keep orgeling at the girls. Hugs.

This summer we were able to partner with the Atlanta Zoo to exhibit three males on loan from Apple Mountain Alpacas for what was planned to be a temporary exhibit. Those three boys won the hearts of not just their keepers, but the Atlanta Zoo visitors as well. We're super excited to announce that the Atlanta Zoo has acquired these three to make their home a permanent one. We know they LOVE the attention and will be LOVED by Atlanta. ... See MoreSee Less
