Alpaca Sales

We've raised them good, and now it's time to send them off into the world to bless others.

We've prepared this short video to show the potential of our alpacas after being sent off into the world.

Breeding Goals

Our breeding goals focus on developing top genetics... not only in the Southeast, but in the nation. We've imported specially selected elite bloodlines, carried by champion seed stock from all over the US, in order to develop our own unique line. As a result, our herd carries solid conformation and bone structure, elite fleece characteristics, lingering fineness, and improved alpaca traits.

Those championship pedigrees are validated not only in the show ring but also through scientific testing. Our 'herd average" for AFD EPDs, places our herd solidly in the top 10% of all alpacas nationwide while we regularly have individuals listed in the top 1%.

From the beginning we've wanted to make those genetics, and our expertise, available to alpaca farms across the Southeast - so that they can achieve greater success and establish some of the best herds in the nation.

Below is a list of alpacas currently available for sale.

If there aren't any of our furry friends listed above then we're in the process of updating our pages here.

However, you can see our current sales list on our OpenHerd page:

What Makes Our Herd So Special

Our breeding goals are to become a provider of top genetics... not only in the Southeast, but in the nation. We've imported specially selected elite bloodlines, carried by champion seed stock from all over the US, in order to develop our own unique line.

Our SemiHemi™ Breeding Program is focused on developing a line of large, well-framed alpacas with excellent conformation and superior fleece traits of uniform, sub-20 micron, 20 lb fleeces, with EPDs consistently in the top 1-3% of the national herd and validation in the show ring to back it up.

Our herd's championship pedigrees are validated not only in the show ring but also through scientific testing. Our 'herd average" for AFD EPDs, places our herd solidly in the top 10% of all alpacas nationwide while we regularly have individuals listed in the top 1%.

We keep close tabs on herd health

This is done through regular testing of water/forage, monthly fecal testing, regular hands-on evaluation, and watching daily for any behavioral changes with individual alpacas. Many larger herds can't afford or spend the time to monitor individual alpacas as carefully as we can, and unfortunately many well-meaning owners will miss underlying issues until it's too late. 50% of behavior and observable traits are dependent on nutrition and health, and at the end of the day, a healthy alpaca is a happy alpaca.

We spend lots of time socializing (loving on) our alpacas

We are passionate about these amazing animals and they are more than just a livestock to us. We spend lots of time loving on our animals and it makes all the difference in this adventure. Our alpacas aren't afraid of us and they don't run when we come near. They love to eat out of our hands, and will often give us "kisses". If you visit a farm and someone says that alpacas don't like people, we believe that those alpaca haven't met the right people yet.
